Welcome to The Tile Shop. By using thetilestore.shop and placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refunds, and Privacy policies, which are incorporated by reference.

Products, pricing & availability

Tile is sold by the box and priced per square foot. We make every effort to display accurate colors, sizes, coverage, and pricing, but on-screen colors and dye-lots vary from the physical product, and typographical errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change prices, product information, and availability at any time without notice. Placing an order does not guarantee availability; if an item is unavailable after you order, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a refund.

Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and we may limit or cancel quantities. Special-order and large-quantity items are ordered from our supplier specifically for you and are subject to the cancellation terms in our Returns & Refunds policy. We recommend ordering all tile for a project at once, plus approximately 10% for cuts, waste, and future repairs, since an exact dye-lot match later is not guaranteed.

Payment & taxes

Payment is processed securely by our payment provider at checkout. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total shown, including applicable Florida sales tax and any delivery or freight charges.

Delivery, inspection & risk

Delivery, pickup, curbside terms, and the requirement to inspect and photograph any damage before signing are described in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Following those steps is a condition of our damage-claim and replacement process.

Samples & consultations

Samples are provided to help you evaluate color and finish and may vary slightly from delivered product. Design consultations and square-footage guidance are provided as a courtesy; final measurements and quantities are the customer's responsibility.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Tile Shop is not liable for installation costs, labor, or indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for the affected tile. Tile should be inspected before installation; installing tile constitutes acceptance, and we are not responsible for material installed with visible defects.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, and layout — is used with permission of the applicable rights holders or is owned by The Tile Shop, and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
