Delivery options

1. Free Showroom Pickup Pick up your order at no charge at our Fort Lauderdale showroom, 617 E Sunrise Blvd. We'll email you when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation and a photo ID.

2. South Florida Delivery — $150 flat We deliver throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties for a flat $150 per order.

3. Outside South Florida — Freight quote required For addresses beyond our three-county delivery area, we arrange LTL freight. Add your items to the cart and place your order (or contact us) and we will email a freight quote before any freight charge is applied.

How local delivery works — please read carefully

• Curbside / street delivery only. Our delivery is to the curb or driveway at the street. Moving the tile into your home, garage, or job site is the customer's responsibility. Please have help available to receive and move heavy pallets and boxes.
• Someone 18+ must be present to receive and sign for the delivery.
• Inspect before you sign. Tile can be damaged in transit. Before signing the delivery receipt, open and inspect every box for cracked, chipped, or broken tile, and take clear photos of any damage (and of the pallet if it looks compromised).
• Note damage on the delivery receipt and email your photos to sales@thetilestore.shop the same day. This lets us file a freight claim and send replacements quickly.
• Signing a clean delivery receipt without noting damage may waive your right to a damage claim. When in doubt, photograph first and note "possible damage — pending inspection" before signing.

Delivery timing

Most in-stock orders are delivered or ready for pickup within 3–7 business days. Special-order and large-quantity items may take longer; we'll give you an estimate at the time of order.

Tile samples

Individual tile samples ship separately via UPS or FedEx and are not subject to pallet freight. Sample orders typically arrive within a few business days.

Order accuracy & overage

Tile is sold by the box. We recommend ordering 10% extra for cuts, waste, and future repairs, since dye-lots vary and an exact match later is not guaranteed. Please confirm quantities before ordering.
