What are The Tile Store's showroom hours?

Do I need an appointment to visit the tile showroom?
Walk-ins are welcome Monday through Friday, and Sundays are by appointment only. If you want dedicated time with a design consultant, booking ahead guarantees you their full attention.
Do you offer free design consultations?
Yes, complimentary design consultation is included with every project, large or small. Our team helps you narrow 138 collections down to the right look, size, and layout for your space, with no charge and no obligation.
What should I bring to a tile design consultation?
Bring room measurements or floor plans, photos of the space, and anything that sets the palette, such as cabinet samples, paint chips, or countertop pieces. Inspiration photos from Pinterest or Houzz help us zero in on your style quickly.
How do I get free tile samples?
Order samples of any tile that interests you and we will ship them free via UPS or FedEx, or you can pick them up at the showroom. Seeing a sample in your own lighting, next to your cabinets and counters, is the single best way to choose with confidence.
Does The Tile Store have a trade program for contractors and designers?
Yes, we run a trade program for contractors, builders, architects, and interior designers, with benefits built for professionals who buy tile regularly. Membership is subject to verification of your credentials.
How do I apply for the trade program?
Email sales@thetilestores.com with your contractor license or resale certificate information and a note about your business. Applications are reviewed and verified, and we will follow up with next steps once you are approved.
Do you handle large or volume tile orders?
Yes, from a single bathroom to multi-unit and whole-house quantities, we quote and source volume orders across our 138 collections. For big jobs we can coordinate flat-rate curbside pallet delivery straight to your job site anywhere in Miami-Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach.
What is the Submit Your Plans service?
Upload your floor plans or drawings through the Submit Your Plans page on thetilestores.com and our team performs the takeoff for you, calculating the square footage and boxes needed for each area. It removes the guesswork and the math from ordering.
How fast will I get a quote on my plans?
Takeoffs and quotes from the Submit Your Plans page are returned within one business day. If your project is on a tight schedule, call (954) 626-0136 and let us know.
What areas does The Tile Store serve?
Our core delivery area is Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties, served by flat $150 curbside pallet delivery, with free pickup at our Fort Lauderdale showroom. Beyond South Florida, we ship anywhere with a custom freight quote.
Do you supply tile for commercial projects?
Yes, we supply porcelain tile, luxury vinyl, and laminate for commercial work such as offices, restaurants, hospitality, and multi-family projects. Send plans through our Submit Your Plans page or contact us to discuss specifications, quantities, and delivery phasing.
Can I shop The Tile Store with my interior designer?
Please do; we work alongside designers every week and are happy to pull samples, check stock, and price out their specifications. Designers can also join our trade program for their own accounts.
